How to add user in permission group

Pre-requsites: Super Admin access to Bizx RBP tool
                   
Steps:

1. Login to SF and search for "Manage Permission Groups" in Action Search box



2. To search for required permission group, type few words from permission group name in the search box and press enter



3. It will show you all group names containing the search words. Click the link of required group




4. Click any existing name of user in people pool. This will open up the pop-up to add more names to the group to whom the permission is required.






5. Click Add another link and type last or first name of user to be added. Select the required user from list





6. Once you complete adding all required users, click Finished button



7.  Again click "Finished" button to save the changes

You may check if user has got the required permission, by proxying to their account and checking the access. Refresh the page before taking proxy.
