How to grant direct access to SuccessFactors due to SSO outage
In SuccessFactors (as an admin user) follow the steps below to grant a user direct access to SuccessFactors:
- Go to Manage users in action search bar;

- Search and select the user;

- On the field "Login Method" update this from SSO to PWD (confirm the user has the correct email listed, if not update it here otherwise they will not receive the password reset email notification and ask that they update their email address in Payroll Masterdata see KA: My Email or Name is incorrect in SuccessFactors)

- In Action Search bar type "Reset user password" and select that action

- Select the second option "Reset individual user password" (Note use the third option to reset password in bulk, you will need to create a group under options>groups first and add your users in a group first then you can use the third option).

- Search and select the user to reset password then click on "Reset Selected Users Password"

- The selected users (or users in Group if you selected 3rd option) will receive an email to reset their passwords, please communicate the Knowledge Article below to the user to reference on how they reset their password:
