Issues with registration confirmation & calendar invites not being received in company email inbox

If you have registered for scheduled offering in SuccessFactors LMS, you should receive 2 system emails. One which confirms your registration and another one is calendar invite to block the training duration in your outlook calendar.  If you do not receive both or either of these system emails, kindly follow below steps:

1. Create a new request using our HR Systems Request form: https://desk.zoho.com/portal/broadspectrumhrs/newticket

2. Add a subject and description along with all other required fields.

3. Mention scheduled offering course name & course date to which you have enrolled in the description. If possible, you can also mention the date on which you did the registration.

4. We will verify if emails have been triggered from system. If they are not triggered from system itself, we will analyze further. If they are triggered, then there is no issue from system end and you need to get in touch with Ventia service desk for further investigation.  We will confirm this to you through our reply to your ticket.

5. Due to IT security policy, emails get stuck at email server filters and IT team can take further action to release them to your outlook.  We have attached PDF document which has been provided by SuccessFactors product team which explains various solutions to the issue of blocking of email at email server end. Kindly download this document and provide it to IT team for reference while raising the ticket with them. This will help to speed up the investigation and deploy possible solution by IT team.
