LMS System Admin Roles

Below are System Admin access in LMS. Users requesting these access should undergo training before they perform the respective activities in the system. Please get approval of P&C Systems Manager - Michelle Tanti before granting this access to any user.

 COORDINATOR_CONTENT_UPLOADA person that support uploading eLearning content in LMS- Add/Edit/View/Search eLearning content
 COORDINATOR_SYSTEM_ADMIN System admin access to learning coordinator
- Add/Edit/Search Email Notifications template
- Create direct link
- Import data
 TRAINING_ITEM ENTRYAdmin access to create items (Only provide to admins who frequently need to create new items)- Add/Edit/Delete item
