Probation workflow has not been triggered for my new employee (from Broadway)

Probation workflow is triggered from Broadway (not SuccessFactors).

Broadway is managed by ITGSC Team.

If you have not received probation email notifications, it could be due to the design of ‘Probationary Workflow’ and it gets trigger only for the permanent ‘new hires’ i.e. Full Time / Part time. If an employee is hired as a sub-contractor (initially), workflow will never get started, though employee is transferred to a permanent staff later.

For now, HRSC (hrsc@broadspectrum.com) team would need to manually send the notifications for such employees.

Meanwhile design is being amended and alter the trigger conditions to cater for above scenario - this is currently in process with IT to configure and deploy.
