Which portlets are controlled by the Scorecard Process and Date Range?

Symptom

Which portlets in Employee Profile will filter data according to the Process and Date Range defined for the Scorecard in Admin Tools > Configure Employee Files?

SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Resolution

Some portlets in the Employee Profile follow the Scorecard Process and Date Range, which means that the data to be displayed in them will be filtered according to what was configured in the Scorecard.

These portlets are:

  • Performance History portlet;
  • Objective Rating portlet;
  • Overview portlet;
  • Competency portlet;
  • Competency Behavior Breakdown portlet.

For other portlets, such as Performance portlet or Potential portlet, the system will display all data available (from all sources - Performance forms, Import, Calibration, etc.), regardless of the Process and Date Range defined for the Scorecard.
