How to turn on and off SF Learning notifications

Pre-requisites: LMS Super Admin access

Steps:

1. Login to SF and go to Learning Administration page

2. Select System Administration --> Automatic Processes

3.  To turn off Learning Assignment notification: Select Learning Plan Email Notification, untick the "Schedule This Process" checkbox and click Apply changes

Ensure that it shows the current status as "Disabled"

4.  To turn on Learning Assignment notification: Select Learning Plan Email Notification, tick the "Schedule This Process" checkbox and click Apply changes

Ensure that it shows the current status as "Scheduled" and Next Execution with today's date and 07:00 pm Australia/Sydney time

5: Learning Expiration notification

Learning Expiration notification is currently turned-off.

To turn on the learning expiration notification: Tick the "Schedule This Process" checkbox and click Apply changes. Once done, ensure that it shows the current status as "Scheduled" and Next Execution with today's date and 07:00 pm Australia/Sydney time
