Importing talent flags into Employee Profile
We use the Fax field to house the talent segment data for Talent and can be viewed on the employee profile as well as used for reporting purposes in the Talent Dashboard.

The data is editable via bulk import process.
Steps to update:
- Run a new export of employees [Admin Centre/Export Users]
- Open the data to Excel
- Find the employees on the Excel user directory that require updating by doing a vlookup against another data set (provided by OE Lead) and update the flag against that employee in the FAX column. The flags that can be used are listed below.

Import the updates:
- Once the data has been prepared, save the import sheet with only the data rows that require updating and import into SuccessFactors via the employee import function. [Admin Centre/Import Employee Data]
- After the data has been imported you will receive an email notification confirming the success of the import
Check the data in the employee profile of a few users to ensure the data updated as expected.
